Nos Sadwrn yn Llangrannog

I'r merched, roedd nos Sadwrn yn golygu un peth... noson o flaen y teledu yn eu 'onesies' i ddal lan ar hanes Strictly Come Dancing a'r X Factor.

For the girls, Saturday night meant one thing... a night in front of the gogglebox in their onesies to catch up on the latest from Strictly and the X Factor.

Ond roedd hi'n stori arall i'r bechgyn.  Aethon nhw i'r neuadd chwaraeon i chwarae pel fasged, pel droed ac osgoi'r bel.  O ble maen nhw'n cael yr egni?!

But it was another story for the boys.  They went to the sports hall to let off steam with a few games of basketball, football and dodgeball.  Where do they get the energy from?!
